Sorting Machines for organic waste separation
TITECH waste sorting solution is based on a unique combination of x-ray transmission (XRT) and Near Infrared spectroscopy (NIR) sorting machines.
Stage 1
After initial size screening and metals recovery, the material is then passed under aTITECH autosort,which uses a Near Infrared spectroscopy (NIR) detector to remove different polymers (types PVC, PP, PET and PE) and all ferrous and nonferrous metals.
Stage 2
The remaining fraction is then passed under aTITECH x-tract, unit which uses an x-ray transmission (XRT) detector to remove glass, stones etc based on their atomic density.
