• Establishing close relationships with our customers to develop new applications and solve special and difficult needs
• Maintaining long-term cooperation with first-class international research institutions, like SINTEF in Norway, Fraunhofer Institute and Koblenz University in Germany
• Investing a minimum of 10% of our annual revenues in R&D
