TITECH finder

The TITECH finder is specialized to separate high purity metal fractions from even the most difﬁcult fractions in terms of composition, grain size and mix from mixed waste and metal streams.

TITECH finder is a sorting system for metal recovery and concentration of metals from shredder processes or other recycling applications. It can also be used to separate metal contaminations in processes and to sort stainless steel from a metal concentrate.

The new TITECH finder generation uses the highly sophisticated SUPPIXX® image processing technology and provides a completely new quality of sensitivity and accuracy. The sensors identify the finest conductive particles in a flow of bulk solids. SUPPIXX® image processing enhances the resolution of the digitalised sensor signals. Thus it is possible to identify the position of such fine particles with great precision and subsequently separate them with a high degree of purity.
