TITECH’s continued commitment to providing outstanding levels of customer service and support have been reiterated with the company’s opening of a new 1,500m² sensor-based sorting testing facility at its headquarters in Mülheim-Kärlich, Germany.
Set out in a loop which initially ideally prepares the waste by screening and the use of a ballistic seperator, the test facility features all of TITECH's associated sorting and recycling technologies. It has been designed to allow several different processes to run concurrently so that a customer's facility and operating environment can be accurately simulated.
During testings, changes can be made which ensure that the TITECH sorting systems are calibrated to deliver optimum levels of sorting and recycling for each individual customer's requirements.
Ralph Uepping, Test Facility Manager, commented: "The new test facility allows us to work with customers to accurately ensure that the systems will be deployed to their sites and immediately begin working as efficiently as possible. Our commitment continuous improvement will always drive innovation, and this facility is another product of that approach."
