TITECH to showcase innovative interactive digital touch screens at IFAT ENTSORGA, Munich, and RWM, Birmingham, in September

Sensor-based sorting systems provider TITECH has announced that it will reveal an interactive digital touch screen called an ‘AppDesk’ to demonstrate its mixed waste sorting capabilities at both IFAT ENTSORGA, Munich, on September 13-17 and RWM, Birmingham, on September 14-16.

Recognised as leading trade fairs for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management, IFAT ENTSORGA and RWM provide TITECH with ideal platforms to disclose a next generation approach to exhibiting the latest in sorting systems technology.

TITECH has named its new exhibition resource the AppDesk because it is able to demonstrate the company’s waste sorting applications across mixed waste streams which enable the recovery of metals, plastics, paper, glass and wood.

TITECH was the first waste sorting systems manufacturer to introduce fully operational sorting machines at exhibitions. The company will once again break new ground by being the first in its sector to utilise digital technology to provide visitors to its stand with a bespoke touch screen experience.

By simply selecting options on a back lit screen built into a desk which visitors stand at, users can access detailed video, text and audio information on the waste sorting application they are most interested in. The AppDesk uses intuitive menus and allows enlargement and rotation of images in a similar way to an iPhone or iPad to provide an outstanding user experience.
