International Engineering Graduate Trainee

Engineering degree industrial engineering, waste management and  contaminated  site  treatment,  environment  engineering  or process engineering

We will offer you an international and diversified trainee program as a head-start in our organisation. From your first day, you will be actively involved in challenging projects of different divisions within our company: both nationally and internationally.

In  addition,  you  will  gain  in-depth  knowledge  about  the  various  recycling and sorting techniques, specifically in the field of waste recycling by visiting different customer sites worldwide. Hence, you have the opportunity to become a specialist for our company and our customers.

During the time of your trainee program, a dedicated mentor will be at your side to ensure that you will be well-prepared for a position in Business Development  and  International  Sales  following  your  trainee  program.  Analysing and evaluating new and emerging markets will be one of your tasks. Moreover, you will work independently onseveral projects on a strategic as well as operative level.

You have finished your studies and have already gained practical experience during internships. You have highly distinct analytical skills in conjunction with your independence and customer orientation and you enjoy travelling internationally. You have language skills in Spanish or in Russian, alternatively in another east european language.
