TITECH maintains long-term cooperation with first-class international research institutions, such as the RWTH Aachen University. “Daily life perpetually generates new tasks,” says Prof. Dr.-Ing. Thomas Pretz, head of the Department of Processing and Recycling of Solid Waste
Material. “The industry puts a great deal of intelligence into new materials. We have to keep pace with that.” And this is what his department does – put a great deal of intelligence into finding out how to process and recycle any kind of waste material.
Analysis
The environment and legislators create the tasks from which new ideas arise. Science works closely with industry to put them into practice. “Testing the practicality would not be possible without the cooperation of science and industry.” Therefore TITECH will continue to
invest a substantial percentage of its annual revenues in research and development. A basis for leadership in outstanding recycling technology.
